Walking is extremely good for your health and can be a great way to think though things.

Call a friend

Calling a friend and having a good chat  is a lovely way to brighten your day and they will enjoy it too.

Play a game

Games against friends or the computer can be great fun even if you don’t win.

Bake

Baking makes you feel so much better after a bad day and you have a great meal ready at the end.

 

Do a sport you enjoy….

From swimming to football,sport is great for you and can be super fun. You could invite a few friends along with you as well.

Clothes, books, toys, you can find great things in the shops near you and they don’t have to be expensive to be cool. Charity shops are fantastic for books since they are so cheap and still have a fabulous story awaiting.

Learning a new skill can be so interesting, from skateboarding at the park to baking with a new recipe, there is something for every one.

Why don’t you have a go at painting a picture for someone you know or simply to proudly hang on your wall? Or you could draw, sculpte, anything you like, really. Mainly enjoy it and focus only on your art work.
