My two daughters make me smile, every single day. The smile of our youngest daughter is extremely precious, she has an incurable life-limiting medical condition, one symptom of which leaves her in chronic constant pain. Combined with this she has severe mental health issues and believe me, when she smiles, it lights up my day.
